This ( 17"W - 10"H - 10"D ) 25 pound rock with a chain and steel bracelet needs to sit on the floor. If all sex offenders
were made to wear one to make the public aware of them, it could cut down on repeat offenders. As the sign says, on third offence
they would need an operation to remove the balls. OUCH! The bloody stump and bone was the only way I could show
this rock in action, without the person still standing here.
