This ( 9"W - 12"H - 4"D ) rock is mounted in a tire that says Good Day and I'm Tired instead of Good Year, this means the rock is tired.  Right?  The rock is mounted on a Cedar slice for a background.
The signs read:

TIRED ROCK

on the cap it says (HUB CAP)
I got tired just
rolling around.
